Terms of Service

1. The agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and OneLead ("we", "us") covering your use of onelead.io, its subdomains, and the services we provide there (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept them. The Service is offered to businesses: you confirm you're at least 18, using it for a business, and authorized to bind that business.

2. The Service

OneLead provides software tools for fitness studios that use Mindbody — currently the OneLead Scheduler, with more tools planned. Features may evolve; we won't materially reduce what a paid subscription includes without notice.

3. Your Mindbody account

The Service connects to your Mindbody site through Mindbody's API, with your authorization, and acts on your instructions — for example, creating the classes you tell it to create. You're responsible for your own Mindbody subscription and for reviewing what gets published to your customers. We are not responsible for Mindbody's availability, or for changes to their platform or API that affect the Service, though we'll work to adapt when they happen.

OneLead is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mindbody, Inc. or F45 Training. Those names are trademarks of their owners and are used only to describe compatibility and fact.

4. Trial, fees, and cancellation

• New accounts get a 30-day free trial — no credit card required to start.
• After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription at the then-current price (currently $27/month per studio for Scheduler). Subscriptions are month-to-month.
• Cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current billing period. We don't prorate or refund partial months.
• Prices may change; we'll give existing subscribers at least 30 days' notice before a price change applies to them.

5. Your account and acceptable use

Keep your credentials secure and your account information accurate; you're responsible for activity under your account. Don't misuse the Service: no unlawful use, no attempting to breach or probe security, no interfering with other studios' use, no reselling the Service, and no scraping or reverse-engineering it.

6. Your data

Your studio's data is yours. You give us permission to process it to provide the Service (see the Privacy Policy). We may use aggregated, de-identified usage data — never anything that identifies your studio, staff, or clients — to improve the Service.

7. Our IP

We own the Service and everything in it other than your data. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we can use them without obligation.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and you're responsible for verifying your published schedule and business records in Mindbody.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including lost profits or lost business), and our total liability for any claim is capped at the greater of $100 or the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

You can close your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or don't pay, and we'll give reasonable notice except where the violation demands immediate action. After closure, we'll make your data available for export for 30 days, then delete it per the Privacy Policy.

11. General

These terms are governed by Florida law, and disputes belong in the state or federal courts located in Florida. If we change these terms materially, we'll email account holders at least 14 days before the change takes effect; continued use after that is acceptance. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stand. These terms plus the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement.
